Hear the plane all the times (nothing in the description of the hotel or room talk about this point). The door between two rooms : we heard the neighbors talk.

The hotel offers designer, silent rooms with a brilliant view over Boston, a large bathroom plus the double beds. The location is great and unbeatable, 1 mile from a floating history museum.

The view from the 11th floor was more industrial than scenic, but it didn't detract from the stay. The proximity to the conference hall was a huge plus. The staff were attentive, and even though the pool was closed, I appreciated the option to use the one across the street. The initial check-in had issues, with my reservation having wrong dates, and there were also picketers outside that added to the uncomfortable atmosphere.

The breakfast was great for my son. I have to eat gluten free so wasn't able to partake. Beds super comfortable. Cleanliness was great. Liked that the hotel recycles. Staff was amazingly helpful and accommodating.
I wish there were some gluten free options for breakfast . Room smelled a bit musty at first.

Immaculately clean property with amicable staff from the Front Desk folks to the Housekeepers. Well laid out room overall, with comfortable beds. Great and stunning location, not very far from World Trade Center Boston. The restaurant was really nice, for breakfast. Honestly no complaints whatsoever😃

We hit up the Lawn on D for yard games and food trucks, then caught a rock and roll dueling piano show nearby. The location is perfect for exploring. The super nice team with suggestions and the lobby vibe was fun!
Check-in was a bit confusing because the front desk staff didn't seem very approachable and had casual attire. They also lacked helpful info on parking.
